The main objectives of the Jharkhand Agricultural Machinery Testing and Training Centre (JAMTTC) in Ranchi are testing farm machinery, providing technical training, and managing post-harvest technology.
Core Objectives

• To undertake the impact study / Monitoring & Evaluation in the above said field.
• Testing Implements: Evaluating and testing agricultural machines and tools for performance.
• Skill Training: Conducting practical training programs for farmers and field workers on safe equipment usage.
• Post-Harvest Support: Advancing post-harvest technology methods and crop management systems.
• Research & Data: Publishing research, building technical networks, and maintaining a state data cell for farm tech.
